We had an absolutely epic wedding party in Saint Petersburg with Igor Meerson as MC – we are Australian Russian couple met (and living with 3 kids already!) in Hong Kong. Friends from 17 countries arrived at our party – Australia, Japan, UK, Belgium, South Africa, Lebanon, Switzerland, China, India and others – Igor made the day for our culturally diversed crowd form all continents! My hubby does not dance and his idea was to make paper masks with his photo, so that 10 Marks were dancing the first dance together with him We had quire from our guests and “Who wants to become a millioner” quiz about the bride, ballet dance competition (of course, as we were in Saint Petersburg, Worlds ballet capital) and stolen bride “buy out” with my Australian hubby singing song in Russian. All our friends were participating and even shy Chinese colleagues felt as energetic part of our crazy community! Next day during brunch our friends were asking how to invite Igor to run next New Year celebration, his energy and improvising jokes made our day as the most warm memorable fun party ever!
